This conceptual invitation was designed for a Max Ernst exhibition, incorporating his frottage technique into the unboxing experience. The package included a stick of graphite, allowing recipients to reveal one of Ernst’s rubbings from Natural Histories as they opened it, referencing the floorboards he used to create texture in his work.
